Not Really a Winchester Man

Post by Swampman »

But in the past 2 weeks I've had a chance to buy 2 nearly new looking pre-64 Model 94s. One was a .30-30 and one was a .32 Winchester Special. They wanted $600.00 each. They were beauties.

Depends if they were pre 1952 or not. (as to value) The long forend (pre-52) is more desirable and a near new specimen might bring 6 but more likely 4-4.5 . Short forend (1952-1963) can be had around here for 3-4 in 95% or better. That will all change in the next couple of years as guys who can't afford the pre-war one are snagging the later versions.-----------------------Sixgun

Sixgun, get a new pic of the Rev Jessie. He's gained probably 50 lbs since that one.

Thanks Junior, I kind of noticed that too. I was in a big hurry and that was the first one I found. Stay tuned--a new one of the pig will be up soon!!
