According to this ruling, the feds could ban Bibles or reinstitute slavery or alcohol prohibition, and it would be prohibited for any of the states to assert that it was against the Constitution, or to assert the 10th Amendment applied.

We need eight more like Clarence Thomas, but given the last appointee's "intellectual capacity and knowledge" we've gone the opposite direction...
