where to get AR15 parts ?
so, looking for some odds and ends and not finding good selections or much in stock, does anyone have links to good suppliers? por ejemplo, looking for A2 stocks. prices for UTG brand are all over the place. and not listed in some places, and not in stock in others.
is there a site with a massive catalog and the ability to filter out "out of stock"?
I'd like to find a .936 gas block with short rails top and bottom. so far have not seen one, although that is an AR10 journal size, and AR15 50 cal.
anyway, if there is a HomeAR handy online I'd like to find it
thanks Y'All, hope all is well and the LORD comes soon

Nothing at Palmetto State Armory or Primary Arms?
"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.

Palmetto state would be my first try.
Midwestgunworks.com maybe.
Try the UTG website to order direct?
Brownells

I've bought a fair bit of parts from both Delta Team Tactical and Joe Bob Outfitters over the recent couple of years. Any problems were handled to my satisfaction.
BTW, A2 stocks are a little scarce, sometimes.

THANKS. the 936 gas blocks are the small ones. I'm looking for one that has a pic rail top and bottom. haven't seen that yet.
good link on the buttstock.
I'm going to fork the topic and ask about the rule about attaching a RIFLE upper to a PISTOL lower... I have 3 pistol lowers. I'm certain I can't put a pistol UPPER on a rifle LOWER. But not sure of the other way around, you know, for the uppers that identify as lowers.. Heh

MidwayUSA.com has been good for basics
PalmettoStateArmory.com too
BravoCompanyMfg.com very nice stuff
CheaperThanDirt.com has lots of odd rails and stuff that may not be high-end but for non-critical, non-wear parts I am happy with them.

Re: where to get AR15 parts ?
thanks Harry, that's what I think I want.
Doc I tried some of those sites.. some sites seem to be out of stock on most stuff, and not all of them have the "in stock" filter.. funny business.

I'm surprised Brownell's doesn't have what you want.
Re: where to get AR15 parts ?
thanks for the suggestions! I am looking into replacing the low profile gas block that I have with something that looks like this:
