1894 Half Mag Take Down...

Post by gizamo »

Stumbled onto this one...it had just come into a little gunshop that I frequent. Been lucky lately.

Serial Number puts it into 1924. Barrel is 26" and the caliber is 30-30. The bore is still excellent. Hoping to shoot it soon, right after deer season...

I have no idea how anyone could possible wait that long to shoot a new toy. :D I've been known to crank a few rounds out the Jeep window on the way home. :D Hey, I have an idea---use it for deer season

Sure would like to see some detailed pics. -----------Sixgun
