I wouldn't have even thought that was physically possible
With a .45cal entrance wound I don't worry too much about bullet expansion.

Seems the fellow was out on the Autobahn doing 140 km/hr and had a close quarters deer encounter...hate to see the repair bill.

After I posted that I said to myself, self go out and look. So out in the snow I went and broomed 3" of snow off my Pathfinder and checked it's dual reading speedometer. And it also said 87MPH.
I shoulda looked first.

What would you say....about 30 inches of penetration?
Looks like decent weight retention, too. Jacketed soft point (fur jacket)
