Re: Japanese Mini Trucks... Anybody know much?
I know several people up here who bought them to use as irrigation trucks. They don't use them any longer because they used more fuel than their 4-wheelers/side by sides. Who'd a thunk it?? I was going to buy one for the same reason, just to get around the place and go to town instead of firing up t...

Since you've got your fire proof shorts on. 300 yards is a fer piece. You, (me either) can not see 6" at 300 yards, let alone 30" of drop in country that's most likely much different than you are used to. Without special (read high dollar) equipment I wouldn't shoot much farther than your ...

Savage '99, 1895 commemorative
Hay fellas, Been a busy summer and haven't been around much, but have a question. My #2 son inherited a savage '99 1895 commemorative in .308 win. in I would guess 99% plus condition. It has an octagon barrel and a crescent butt plate with gold lever. The receiver on the left has Savage Arms in gold...

Dig the floor out to use less logs and use the dirt dug from the floor to cover the roof. All helps to keep warm.

Sir,
Please don't take this as alarmist drivle but in the last month I've gone to 2 unattended deaths related to the swine flu. one 62 yo and 1 47 yo. Both men were too tough to go to the DR. for a cold, both are dead. Don't let it get too far along.

Try a #4 RCBS shellholder. The #20 is correct, but sometimes the groove ahead of the rim is set back over many reloadings. I have this problem with WW brass. Fed. brass is never a problem.

Andrew, More heat. Pre heat your mold by dipping a corner in the melt. Turn the heat up on the pot. Cast faster, get a rythem (sp?) and keep it up. Next, did you clean the mold and smoke it before getting started? Use break cleaner to clean then use a wood match to smoke the inside. I'm no professio...

It was Peter Capstick and #1 buck. 20 pellets #1 @.30" or 9/11 #00 buck. you don't lose much weight per pellet, but gain alot of weight per load. Slugs are devastating as well, especially if you yank off both triggers at the same time. (I've never done that personally :D :o Bears are not necess...

The sight on that 45 in the other thread is, I think a One Ragged Hole brand sight. They are out of Tallehasse Florida. I've never tried one but have thought about it. They also make them for revolvers as well as rifles.
