Re: OT cross bows
My wife has an excaliber that does 455fps with a 450gr arrow. Its a beast and uses a built in crank. The deer will actuallt make an "oof" sound when it hits Does it keep them from running far? With my balance issues, I do not like following a blood trail very far. One good thing is that a...

I do not chase SD/ES numbers, I chase accuracy. My normal ELR load for 308 has double digit SD's but will shoot half moa out to 1000 yards.

Pair O' Kings
I have been practicing this drill for a couple days. Its 2 rounds from concealment at 25 yards. Par is 2 seconds. My carry gun, normally, is a 4" M&P Comp and I am stuck at 2.03-.04 I think I am losing time trying to find the red dot. I ran it this a.m. with a 1911 and irons, 1.76 and 1.81 😁

Finally got it sorted out.

When I got shot in the line of duty, it was with a 32 acp. It hit me just below the sternum, ricocheted off my back ribs and exited under my left shoulder blade.
