Henry is a top notch company, as far as I'm concerned they set the standard for customer service.

Try bending the ejector spring down to cure your ejection issues, if that doesn't work order a new spring from Marlin. You might try building up the front sight a little. I would go for a better recoil pad, like a limbsaver or Pachmayr Decelerator.
