I was born in 1960 and was required to register in 1980. It was big news on the radio, TV etc. If you attended college and sought any federal aid or loans, you had to state that you had registered or why you were exempt.

My daughter has one in an O/U. On occasion it will fail to shoot the second barrel because it has that recoil cocking 2nd firing pin. I don't know if the S/S has it or is mechanical for both pins.

In my opinion the most dangerous attitude a government official can possess is: "I will do as I think is right and correct until someone stops me"
