I don't recall the exact details, but I recall hearing about dipping and rolling a glass bottle in melted wax and then cutting and pealing a sheet of wax from the bottle.

I have the RCBS tool, which works about the same as the Dillon.
It is just the extra time that it takes to decap & swage that I find annoying.
I suppose that that is the real cost of "free" brass.

I kept a c&b revolver loaded for about a year.
It fired with no problem but the chambers were corroded where the powder charges made contact.
It might be a good idea to find a way to electroplate the chambers or coat them with something that would not corrode.
